| The project scope included site evaluation and selection, design of a facility having approximately 725 square feet of office space and lunch room with an attached 8,100 square feet of truck parking containing a repair area and sign storage. A unique aspect of this project was the use of the Coronis Truss Frame System which allowed for a long, clear span with a steep slope roof. Another feature was the use of low maintenance materials for the interior and exterior finish of the building. The facility was designed to comply with all Michigan building codes and regulations and ADA requirements. | ||
