This project included the design of a new child care facility
of approximately 8,000sft of classroom, office and multi-purpose space, outside
play areas, site design and development. The complex was designed to
comply with all governing Michigan building codes and regulations and barrier
free rules. The architect coordinated the documents with the owners fund
raising and shall incorporate donated items and materials with the
documents. The architect also met the the Youth Center board of directors
as well as their loan agency, the USDA.
