R.S.S.A. retained to prepare an initial feasibility study for a proposed
Gristmill/multi- use facility. Feasibility study included: suitability of
site, determination of type of water wheel, development of schematic floor plan,
exterior elevations and site plan. In addition R.S. Scott representative
attended community meetings to present the project to the community. local
businesses and the Village Council.
