North Shore Hubbard Lake Park is a multiphased project that is broken down into two phases (Phase I and Phase II).

Phase I is the work associated with boat launch upgrades. Some of the major components considered with this work are the following:

• Parking Lot Expansion
• Erosion Repairs At Existing Boat Ramp
• 2 New Docks To Launch Boats Including One That meets ADA Requirements
• ADA Unisex Vault Bathroom
• 5' Wide Accessible Route
• Burying Overhead Power Lines
• Increases Lighting
• Navigational Beacon
• Demolish Existing Bathroom

Phase II is future work associated with the park facility. Some of the major components of this phase would include:

• Two Pavilions
• Volleyball Court
• ADA Bathroom/Changing Room
• Parking Lot Expansion
• Shoreline Protection
• Playground
• ADA Accessible Route
• Park Entrance Sign
• Park Amenities
