Project Log 2/17/04 The discharge of Perry Creek at the Perry Lake Outlet was requested from the DEQ. 2/26/04 The dishcarge of Perry Creek at the Perry Lake Outlet was received from the Deq. 3/01/04 Requested information from the DNR on endangered, threatened, or otherwise significant plant and animal species, or habitat determination at Perry Lake. 4/06/04 Received DNR's clearance for federal or state-listed endangered, threatened, or otherwise significant species, natural plant communitites, or natural features at Perry Lake. 7/13/04 Met with the representatives of residents of Perry Lake to discuss the material presented on the Questionnaire. 7/19/04 Initial survey completed during the week of July 19, 2004. 7/23/04 Questionnaires were sent out. Due back by Friday August 20, 2004. 8/11/04 As of August 11, 2004 we have received 40% of the Questionnaires. 8/18/04 As of August 18, 2004 we have received 55% of the Questionnaires. 9/1/04 At the August 20, 2004 deadline we received 58% of the Questionnaires.
