At R.S. Scott Associates, Inc., our dedication to providing our clients with the best possible service is demonstrated by our commitment to quality in surveying, engineering and architecture.  The concept of quality begins with the licensing of our design professionals, industry recognized certifications and continuing education for all staff.

• We believe communication with the client is also key to the quality of a successful project.  After the scope of the project is determined, regularly scheduled meetings, phone conversations and preliminary plan reviews are used to maintain contact with the client and invite input during design. 


• Field and design checklists are used for our projects from start to finish.  Review by in house engineers, architects and surveyors not intimately associated with the project is another step that we take to promote quality in all projects.


• We solicit feedback from our clients after a project is completed.  This is an ongoing process that demonstrates our commitment to continuous quality improvement in all phases of a project.
