This project includes programming, schematic design, cost
estimates and final plans for remodeling of and addition to the existing
building. The 3,255 square feet of new construction includes offices,
conference/lunch room, men's and women's locker rooms (with shower, unisex
toilet room), mechanical room and parts room. The project also included
the addition of a repair bay to the garage and other modifications to bring the
facility into code compliance.
